Do you take my insurance?

We accept many major vision and medical insurance plans, including EyeMed, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and others. However, coverage can vary by plan. The best way to confirm is to call our office or check directly with your insurance provider.

What’s the difference between medical & vision insurance?

Vision insurance typically covers routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. Medical insurance only covers eye care related to illness, injury, or medical conditions, such as sudden vision loss, diabetes-related concerns, or eye infections.

Can I use both medical & vision insurance?

Possibly, but not for the same visit. If your appointment is for routine care (like a vision exam or glasses), it will be billed under your vision plan. If it’s for a medical concern, we may bill your medical insurance instead. We’ll help you figure out which applies when you schedule.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

Yes. We accept Medicare and Kentucky Medicaid for eligible services. However, Medicare plans generally do not cover routine vision exams or glasses for adults unless medically necessary. We’ll help verify your benefits when you call.
